Had our decking delivered today but not sure what side up is best? Also I want it to be grey. Any suggestions for paint/oil/stain?

Smooth side up in the way its supposed to go, less slippery and looks more natural.

Decide if you want wider or narrower grooves, maybe alternating them as a third option?
