I gave my Apple trees a good pruning in October (I googled before I did it for instruction) however I think I may have killed them  . Should they be budding by now as I cannot see any signs of life ? They were well established, we moved in last year never had any experience of fruit trees , now I'm wishing I'd left well alone

My apple tree isn't in bud yet. By April /may it usually has blossom on.

This is how they are now  it was a selling point for me when we bought the house I'm worried I got a tad carried away pruning them
