Looking for ideas or inspiration please! Our garden wall is made up of breeze blocks and offers no privacy  when we moved in it wasn’t too bad because next door was madly overgrown but now the new owners have sorted it out we’re basically in the same garden  any ideas of what we can do without knocking the wall down if possible? We also have steps from our yard into the garden which aren’t very safe for our 3 year old. How can we make it a bit more child friendly? Any advice welcome - thank you!

If its not your wall find a old man to walk around naked in your garden they will soon sort a fence out

Is it your wall? If so what about trellis-do like a 2x4 framing drilled into the blocks then attach trellis to the frames

If they are new neighbours and they have now done their garden they are probably thinking the same have a chat with them and go halfs with a fence on the top of the wall

So for the wall get some framing on top of the wall the. Feather edge on top of it and the step I’d be tempted to lay bricks down or make a concrete slab there so it’s firm and a stable step

Looks like Slab steps just need some sand and cement to refix them and you could make the bottom One more permanent. The wall. I’d screw some fence posts up to it (not on top) and use fence panels between them. If that’s too costly. Do the fence posts and make trellis for between them. We made our own years ago. With kiln dried timber from b&q. I’d suggest Painting the strips of wood before you make them, it’s a lot easier. Premade trellis isn’t very strong and it’s expensive.
