Mine are the same. I've sprayed twice with washing up water and had to spray with aphid spray the other day. They are still bloody there!

Spray them off with the hose quick! Can also spray with a little dish soap and water xx

As for the black spot to be honest I would use some rose clear xx

Wasing up liquid and water in a spray bottle, do it twice a day and if they don't clear up after a few days go for something stronger

I always tip my washing up water over my roses
