It allows advertisers to target users who are actively searching for products at a time when they are ready and willing to buy them I'll give you an example. You sell Sneakers for a living so if you use In-Market audience "Clothing" or "Apparel and Accessories" (Can't remember the names off the top of my head) Although I wouldn't personally use this setting for search campaigns, It will work better as a display campaign.

Ok first, thank you. For display campaign i understand. but what happednd if someone who didnt search for clothing yet and not maching this in market audinces, search for my service? he will see my ad or not?

Yeah, someone who doesn't fall into that category but actively looking for you, they will see your ad.

Thanks bro, so. there is actually no benefits of using that custom audience at all right?

No worries bro. I think it entirely depends on your product. I work for a SAAS company and it actually gets a decent amount of leads when I use Custom Intent audiences for display.

If your keyword already qualifies your audience, you don't need to add In-Market audiences. But if your keyword has multiple meanings or markets, then qualifying your audience is a great tool. Example: Keyword: 2020 Honda. The keyword qualifies the audience. You *don't* need to use audience targeting for "in market for cars. " Keyword: Trust Deeds. This keyword could be used by lenders or borrowers. Use In-Market audiences to adjust bids or exclude irrelevant clicks. Of course, YMMV, but this is how you can generally approach it.
