I know I know the answer to this. but if I don't ask I'll never know lol. I'm using SpyFu templates for the first time so uploading CSV to Google Editor. Some keywords are like this: Keyword Keyword [city] I assume I need to change city to my city. But I was wondering if this was maybe some sort of DKI type insertion I wasn't aware of?
