I'm a contractor. I make a killing with PPC. Adwords express isn't going to get you anywhere. It's just an easy lever Google gives you to get money. You're going to need to use the full google ads manager, a separate landing page, and call tracking through another platform for good success with PPC. All my PPC stuff is one part of this program. Personally though, PPC would not be my first choice lead generator for remodeling project. Send me a PM if you want to sign up. I do not allow any marketers. .

We work primarily with service providers like you. Express rarely gives you good ROI. If you want to manage your own ads, at least have a professional set them up and explain to you the best way to optimize. Or you can hire someone to both build and manage. Do you have specific questions that you can ask here or do you need someone to look at your campaign?

@gibbs2 So, I love the fact that your number and form submission are right there. The problem is there isn't enough information there to influence a buying decision. You are relying on the customer to roam your website to look up the specific job that they want done. Your account should be broken down into the services you want to offer, and that traffic should be sent to a page that speaks to that directly. For example, if I search bathroom remodeling, and you send me to that page, more than likely I am not going to move around your site to actually find the page for bathroom remodel. That traffic should land specifically on your bath remodel page, or even a landing page designed for this traffic. This will increase your conversion numbers dramatically, and cut way down on wasted ad spend. You don't have to advertise every service that you offer. You could stick with the ones with the best margins, or the ones with the most demand. If any of this doesn't make sense or I didn't explain it well, I would be happy to have a phone conversation with you. Also, pause the Express campaign. More than likely it will do nothing but waste money.

@gibbs2 Also, I like call campaigns for most service industries, but in this case, I think pictures will speak 1000 words. I would send all of the traffic to the corresponding service pages first.

Do not do express. It does not offer the control needed to truly optimize and achieve the results you really want
