I've got a major conversion tracking challenge that I can't resolve, I'm hoping you may have a few ideas. Background: One of my clients last month moved from a single domain global site to multi-subdomain sites using shopify. There are 5 in total. They all use the pre-existing google analytics UA and property. Conversions in google ads use imported metrics from google analytics, tag manager is not installed on any of the sites. Issue: two of my campaigns targeting UK and Australia are showing double-conversion data (conversions and value) these both link to separate subdomains uk. xxxx. com and au. xxx. com. The other remaining campaigns USA, Canada, Europe have the correct number of conversions and the right value and have separate sites. For example in google ads it's showing 110 conversions and in analytics its only showing 56. I've looked at the campaign settings they are using the same transaction goal. Do you know of any diagnostic tools available to check what is occurring on these sites?

Do you have ga set up to show subdomains. By default sub1. example. com and sub2. example. com will show as the same page.

No the client or the dev hasn’t implemented it yet, I’ve recommended it.
