Hello all, Im somewhat newer to AdWords but have a good overview of it and have had some success. I started a property management company in San Diego about a year ago. I’m about to launch some AdWords campaigns and wanted to get all of your feedback on if I’m doing anything wrong. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. 1. Only running search ads not display. Targeting the specific area i want new properties to manage. Example: downtown San Diego property management, downtown condo management 2. I’m going to send them to a landing page i create. My homepage is www. homeshieldpm. com but i don’t think it’s sticky enough. What are your thoughts? 3. Doing more exact keywords than phrase. 4. Targeting the zip code 92101 that i want more properties in. People outside will also get my ad it it’s downtown related or hits on one not my keywords. Anything i am missing? Appreciate all the help.

That call to action is almost worthy of making on to a what not to do to convert leads showcase. “Send your info”? That’s honestly worse than click here or send, imo. You’re essentially making the CTA about what your biz gets, vs what the prospect gets. What is that form even for? It doesn’t specify what I am going to get or why I am filling it in. I’d also bring the testimonials up. Too much scrolling before I see any social proof.
