I take a cal-mag supplement now. Can I take CALM in addition to it? I’m having some tummy issues.

@disfranchise Oh you’re not going? Then definitely take more magnesium LOL I thought you meant what you were taking was giving you issues and you were going too much. CALM always makes me go

My GI doctor said I could take up to 2, 000 my of Magnesium in order to keep things moving. Usually I take 500mg in the am and 500 in the pm in addition to IP supplements.

Calcium is a binder. I had to drop 2 of the cal mags daily as it caused constipation for me. My coach recommended this and also had me take 3 500 mg magnesium pills each night. Worked like a charm. Take at bedtime and you'll have a BM in the am. I still take the magnesium each night.

I take the IP cal-mag supplements and Calm Calmful Gut daily, and have no issues.

@disfranchise Yeah, that's what I started out with. Now I generally do 1 to 1-1/2 tsp per day.
