Has anyone started phase 2 on the new program? I have been on phase 1 for 11 months, lost 70, would like to lose 30-50 more, but I’m struggling and think I need a break, plus I want to start cardio to build up endurance for a trip that is going to involve a lot of walking. My coach said I am not allowed to lose on phase 2. I don’t see why I can’t lose, just slower. I am exercising more and still eating protocol, just phase 2 protocol. It really bothers me that if I lose she wants me to increase my food. That makes me apprehensive about switching, but I feel like that is the right move, plus my trip is 3 weeks long and I want to eat maintenance during that time. Advice, thoughts?
