I've had some issues with irritability being on IP. There are certain foods that I eat and about 20 minutes later I would sneeze and my taste buds would go all numb. We finally concluded that I may be sensitive to milk and soy products. I don't drink milk anyway, in the past I've done almond milk. And I don't like soy products so those haven't been in my diet for a while. So now my coach is trying to find products that are not both soy and milk-based. The blueberry pomegranate drink has none of it I drink that all the time now. Any suggestions? Anybody else going through it? Since being more mindful of it I'm not irritable. But it's not helping my sugar cravings

The nacho chips don’t have soy and neither does the cappuccino. I don’t do soy and that’s what my coach for for me. think there is a soy free list. ask your coach to check it out!
