Breakfast:Quest zucchini bread Snack if hungry: radishes, celery and cucumbers. Lunch: 2 cups broccoli and cauliflower popcorn Snack: Quest chili lime chips Dinner: 8oz meat and 2 cups veggies. Usually pork fried cauliflower rice or chicken and cabbage stir fry. Dessert: GNC bar

@bags216 omg I been eating the quest chips and gnc bars too! Just trying to see what to eat in between that’s going to help me lose more weight.

@drown I just bake at 425 small bite size pieces of broccoli and cauliflower in the oven with spray oil and seasonings for about 20 minutes.

Muscle milk blended with ice & 1 cup spinach for breakfast; salad or vegetable soup for lunch with Quest chips (U) or Kays Naturals (R) for lunch; Quest(R), GNC Lean)R), or Peanut Caramel Crisp(U) bar for snack; Meat or fish with roasted vegetables for dinner.

Frozen diced cauliflower made so many different ways. oriental or Mexican style. Add a soup to it. Or scrambled eggs whites. 2 ounces of turkey meat made like taco meat. So filling and yummy!

Breakfast: Black Coffee Dinner: tuna with 2 cups of spinach with blue cheese dressing and protein packet Supper: 8 oz of hamburger 2 cups of spinach 1 protien packet With 32 oz of water thru out the day.
