I have. Not bad I would say. I used it to make pancakes instead of a mug cake

Thanks! I use my quest powder, pudding packets, or pancake packets to make waffles. Wonder how that would be in my Waffle maker?!

I love Nutriwise gingerbread mugcake. Great texture. Going to try other mugcake flavors.
