Quick question.  I know very little exercise is allowed after a couple weeks of starting IPA.Quick question. I know very little exercise is allowed after a couple weeks of starting IPA. I am a pipefitter/welder and work can be very physical, many flights of stairs at times, A TON of walking, lifting, pulling heavy wrenches etc. some days are more physical than others. It depends on the day and what we are doing that day. Will this effect me being on IPA Phase 1 at all? Thanks

Not really. I work in facilities maintenance for a school board doing grounds work. Some days I’m handling thousands of pounds of cement bags or shoveling mulch for hours. Worst part will be getting used to drinking as much water as you need without running to a bathroom all the time since they aren’t always readily available. Try to each on a scheduled routine if possible. I find it helps. If I wait till I’m hungry I make poor decisions.

My job is physical as well. I eat extra all the time but I also exercise after work when my schedule permits
