Hi, a bit of a strange question, I am in Tokyo for my work. I have to work from home and I can't really go much outside. Personally I don't feel safe walking outside. So I am pretty much sedentary all day. I started doing some workout videos I have. I understand we need to take an extra packet if we exercise but I am not moving around a lot. I used to walk around 10, 000 steps when I was going to my office but pretty much now it's very little How much exercise would require an extra packet in this situation ? and if anyone has any recommendations of some exercises I could do in doors I would appreciate it.
