You're supposed to eat breakfast within an hour of waking up, right? Lunch 4 hours after, dinner 4 hours after that and when do you have the snack? What if you wake up early and go to bed late. Should you just snack on the unlimited veggies after you have finished all of your meals but will still be awake for 5+ hours?
