Hello everyone.  I've been doing IP for a little over a week now and I'm down 9 pounds.Hello everyone. I've been doing IP for a little over a week now and I'm down 9 pounds. I never got "keto flu" symptoms, is that normal? Maybe a headache once or twice but I'm prone to them, but nothing major. Does that mean I'm not fully in ketosis? Second question, I bought the IP Garlic and Herb chips  anyway I could try and turn that into a bread? Thanks!

You are in Ketosis if you lost 9lbs in a week! Some people just respond really well to this diet! Sounds like you’re one of them! Yay!

Totally normal. The 9lbs in a week is a very good indicator that you are! Good job

Some people don’t get keto flu.

You can crush them up and add to a salad. Veggies and packet protein all in a salad

I never got the keto flu and lost 100 lbs! This was a few years ago. I get back off and on IP when I need to lose again but have never gotten the keto flu.

I had a similar start. IP\ IPA agrees with me. I did get a 'keto flu like' syndrome later in the diet. I have no explanation.

You can crush them and make oven fried dill pickles. The recipe is in Janeva's cookbook.

Totally normal. If you do get one take a Shot of pickle juice/water.
