Good morning!  Just curious if anyone is experiencing a very slow loss?Good morning! Just curious if anyone is experiencing a very slow loss? I'm averaging about a half pound per week. and I'm 20 pounds to goal. I fall short with my water some days, and have a lettuce salad with my packet at lunch instead of other veggies, and don't do a snack in the evening. I'm just not hungry. Any suggestions? Should i be eating more?

You MUST eat all required food. Your body is hanging on to the pounds because it is protecting itself from being under fed! You eat between 700-950 calories per day and need every morsel of food. Lettuce does not count towards your veggies. Lose it and eat select veggies at lunch and the third packet. Are you adding the 2 tsp oil daily?

Sounds like your body is in starvation mode where it stops letting go of fat. You definitely need to get back to the program and not cut corners. Make a nice salad with lots of healthy veggies and push that water. That is what flushes the weight out and keeps your organs working well.

I'd say your not eating enough for sure. any loss is great, but you need to drink at least the recommended amount of water. you should definitely add more veggies then just lettuce and you should not skip your snack.

@henriques we all lose at different rates and slower is better. The first time (2015) when I was on IP it took me a year to lose a 100 pounds. I'm back now for my 2nd time and hopefully my last time. since Jan 27th down 23 pounds. keep going, follow protocol, drink lots and lots of water. we got this

100% protocol --> 100% success. You have to follow every part of the diet requirements, not just some of them. Closing thread, since it's been established that the OP needs to eat all the required foods.
