I'm averaging about a half pound per week. and I'm 20 pounds to goal. I fall short with my water some days, and have a lettuce salad with my packet at lunch instead of other veggies, and don't do a snack in the evening. I'm just not hungry. Any suggestions? Should i be eating more?
