(I looked at the files in this group) Has anyone found a multivitamin close to the ideal program? I see the potassium and I found a great cal mag that had the zinc in it that was just about perfect. But I can’t come close to the multivitamin. I got kidney stones once trying to do this on my own so I don’t wanna do too much calcium.

This diet includes many factors that would prevent kidney stones. Drinking lots of water to keep them flushed, limited animal protein, low carbing which draws out sodium, and an adequate amount of the right kind of calcium (which women usually do not get enough). It is the oxalates that need to be avoided n large quantities if you are prone to stones. Eating too much Spinach can increase the oxalates in your body.

There are two files about supplements. One has several photos of multivitamins that members have used. Are you looking for something different than those examples?

@welsh I looked at them and then looked them up and they were way too high in calcium on top of calcium pills all three options

@kosciusko Unless you've been medically advised to restrict calcium, the extra calcium is usually okay. Women are usually in need of more calcium anyway.
