Walden farms has an Amazing Mayo that is decent. Otherwise, correct you cant have regular mayo

@rhodian if your clinic allows tasting I suggest you taste it before you buy the WF mayo. No disrespect intended @calamanco, but I think you may be the only person I have ever heard that referred to it as amazing, or even decent lol

Lol yes its call "Amazing Mayo" I think there is a couple different ones. I only do it mixed in things like tuna or egg salad. ‍♀️

You can make your own that is protocol. It's mainly, eggs, mustard, lemon juice or vinegar and your choice of oil. you'd use it as your alotted oil intake for the day.

@yim61 thank you for sharing this! This may be a game changer for me as I have been avoiding mayo (WF anyways ). so now I can actually eat tuna. Can’t eat it plain, makes me gag lol

I tried using the WF for deviled eggs. To me, it was far too sweet. But, my boyfriend liked it. I did use it, mixed with some crushed chips, for a topping on tilapia fillets it was okay for that. Like most WF products, IMO, needs to be mixed with something to be palatable.
