I am not a huge fan of Walden Farms but just tried the Blue Cheese Dressing and it was actually pretty good. No icky aftertaste. I used as dip for buffalo chicken meatballs, which were totally awesome, btw. Who knew? Maybe my tastes are changing after 4 months in phase 1.

WF doesn’t taste bad when mixed with something else or when cooked in something. It’s so crazy, I know because alone it’s so gross, but it tastes normal when mixed for some reason. This sounds so good even though I’m not a blue cheese fan!

Your tastebuds definitely change. Things I didn't like at first I loved later on in the program

Tell me more about these buffalo chicken meatballs!  That sounds good, and I don’t even like buffalo chicken! Maybe because I’m on day 5 and convinced I need new ideas.

@laryngoscope You could just use more of a marinara sauce. I doubled the amount of zucchini.

Okay I tried to make these meatballs tonight and it is an epic failure. Any tips?
