Has anyone else ever experienced toe burning/tingling on this diet? I can’t say it’s from this yet, but starting 4 weeks in, I started with a neuropathy type feeling in my toes almost every night. I was very healthy to begin with, no hypertension, no high cholesterol and no diabetes. (just obese).
Has anyone else ever experienced toe burning/tingling on this diet?

@chokedamp do you mean the vitamins? Get rid of the calmags, Omega 3’s, multivitamine. etc.?

@chokedamp, the supplements are necessary for protocol AND your health. They help fill in your micronutrients to the RDA.
