Ok supporters .  Day 1 and Breakfast 1 .Ok supporters . Day 1 and Breakfast 1 . I had the IP Fiesta Omelette. I am not a fan. Does anyone know how to make it taste less artificial?

Just use egg whites and your own veggies. Tastes better

Fiesta omelette? Do you mean fine herbs and cheese? You can add eggs and veggies!

I load mine full of my two cups of veggies mushrooms peppers onions scramble it with your salt two teaspoons of oil it's delicious

@selves you're welcome I found the infused olive oil at Superstore my favourite is garlic and the lemon great alternative to just a plain oil ads loads of flavour

@ouzel interesting, is your coach in this group? Because they aren’t protocol. It says in your not allowed list, no dairy with the exception of your 1 oz milk/cream in coffee.

@sudiesudnor I'm definitely loosing every week 5. 5 first week 3. 5 second week 9 inches and I'm pretty fit so I'll take it . I dont use much maybe 1/4 teaspoon all day

Ingredients list has lots of non protocol additions. For IP protocol, please follow the guidelines for best results. You may lose fine for a week or two, and then stall and wonder why. Ingredients: Corn meal, modified milk ingredients, salt, parmesan, cheddar and romano cheese solids (milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, rennet and/or pepsin and/or lipase and/or microbial enzyme, calcium chloride), palm oil shortening, spices (contains mustard, basil, oregano), yeast extract, dehydrated garlic and onion, fructose, glucose solids, natural flavour, citric acid, corn maltodextrin, modified cornstarch, spice extractives, sodium phosphate, lactic acid, cellulose, disodium inosinate and guanylate, dextrose, calcium silicate, calcium stearate.
