I am doing speed keto right now! I was back and forth on paying the money to get the meal plan it took me almost a week to commit to it and I'm incredibly grateful that I did! I never realized how many things I eat that I thought were keto were actually doing more harm than good. I'm not going to lie it's really overwhelming the first week but the recipes are delicious and once you get the hang of it and understand all of the little questions and reasonings for certain food not being allowed it definitely made a huge difference I lost 8 pounds in the first week.

I would like to speak to someone that’s actually done this? Is it just a meal plan? What does it entail? I’ve done if and keto for over a year and never heard of this
