Ummm .  so my kids used liquid “chalk pens” on the sidewalk and I don’t know why I didn’t think about it before that it wouldn’t be a good idea but it seems as though the pens they used are not coming off the driveway (whereas the regular chalk did come off with the rain last night).Ummm . so my kids used liquid “chalk pens” on the sidewalk and I don’t know why I didn’t think about it before that it wouldn’t be a good idea but it seems as though the pens they used are not coming off the driveway (whereas the regular chalk did come off with the rain last night). I googled it and can’t seem to find anything specific around removing it off a driveway.  Any ideas ?

Gosh, maybe pressure washer and concrete cleaner? My sister in law’s driveway was stained for 3 months before it finally started to come off. Some areas still have it a year later.

Time likely but wondering if soap would help - if only it were nice out, could wash the car and let the soap run down the driveway.

My daughter used “chalk paint” and it took a few days of rain for it to come off completely, so maybe give it a few more rainy days. Hope it comes off!

Thanks! My husband took a wet mop with some vinegar and water to try on a few sections and it seems like it may work but he needs like a bristle brush to get in the grooves of the driveway. Oy vey. thanks for all the advice above

Is this what you have? I have not try on cements but work well on windows as we did.

I would try a dab of Dawn dish soap mixed with water. Take a broom to the area and rinse. (A little soap goes a LONG way! You don’t want suds for days. )
