I went through this with my son 10 years ago. I had found the only thing that worked was running the exhaust fan above the stove, which meant I needed to stand with him in the kitchen alllll daaay looong for 12 weeks! My husband tried to move the reclining chair into the kitchen to help, but when I tried to sit, it started up again, so standing was my only option. I feel your pain. unfortunately the only support I can offer is letting you know you are not alone and there are other mothers out there with the same predicament and just remember "This too shall pass" It is temporary. It lasted about 16 weeks for us. Once he was 12 weeks old, I had to go back to work and take him to daycare. that was fun trying to explain to daycare about the colic. I left specific instructions with them of how much to feed him because I didn't want them to try to cure his colic by shoving a bottle in his mouth every time he cried, so I told them how much to feed and when and told them not to deviate. The 1st week I received many nasty calls at work from them. they had accused me of not feeding him enough and they argued with me. They said they would get their staff nurse involved. I told them please do so. They called me later that day and apologized. The staff nurse said my feeding schedule was right on target and apparently explained to them about colic. Thank god it only lasted another few weeks from that point. Just keep your head up. Time goes by soooo fast. Even though it feels bad right now, try to make the best of it and enjoy your little bundle of joy.
