Question

Hello, how do you prevent toddlers to open front doors (so they don’t run out of the house) but keep the people from outside to be able to come in? Thanks for your help!

I only had 1 of my 5 that constantly wanted out and could manipulate the locks so I put a baby gate in the doorway and it blocked him from unlocking/opening the screen door as well as made it near impossible to climb over the gate as he got older I installed one of those alarms that would give off this god awful beep if the door was opened just so I would know if the door was opened

@opportuna I feel for you I really do! My #3 was my tough one and I mean TOUGH! He made up for everything the other 4 didn’t do! We joked when he enlisted that it’s the Army’s problem now and his recruiter just laughed and said, “those are the ones we love to get! ” He’s grown to be amazing and is going far in the Army. moral of my story. it gets better and all the stress and headache pays off in the end!
