I’m new to the ring pro doorbell. I am getting a few ring alerts without a recording. I still have 17 days left on my trial subscription. Is there a way to fix this?

A default answer is to call support. But, have you gone back to check after the fact? For my door ell and cameras it normally takes a few minutes before the recordings show on the app

Yeah, there's a bit of latency between when you get the alert and when the video is ready for viewing. Unless you choose to "go live".
