Hmm.  Ring pro stopped recording sometime last night.Hmm. Ring pro stopped recording sometime last night. It’s flashing blue. It’s wired. Says power is good and WiFi is good. I know . call support. But any tips on things to try before I do that?

Cut the power to it and restart

Hmm. I could maybe trip the breaker. Otherwise when the sun is out I’ll try to do a restart at the device. Just so dark and cold right now. Hah.

35 second reset and add it back to the app.

Do I remove it from the app somehow first? I’m not seeing anything. But will keep looking. Tried the reset once. It just went black. No lights. And when I looked a little later it was flashing blue. It is wired. But I think they also have a battery. Maybe the battery froze. Though while it’s cold, it’s been colder and had no issue.

Yeah. I did. I’ll try again once my husband can help me get the Faceplate off. Not sure what I did. Hah. I had it off. Geesh. Put it back on while I googled something and now can’t get it off.

Tried killing internet. Tried killing power to the house. Tried pushing the reset button. And tried connecting to WiFi instead of through the chime. But can’t get to the circling white light again. Now stuck where it is occasionally flashing blue on the top half of the circle. But I had slid the plate back on and can’t get it off. Husband will try when he gets back home. Sigh. It’s cold here. And is almost acting like it’s trying to charge? Even though the app claims good power and WiFi. We will give it one more go before calling.

Yeah. Tried the reset again it flashes white. Turns off. And when it comes back up is flashing blue. And won’t work. I don’t know if the winter killed it or what. Sigh guess we will have to make a call.

Yup mine did same, I can't get it to work it's been month's since mine worked.

New one on the way. Did the live chat. They had me try everything again and it would never enter into setup mode.
