Ok, so we just installed system yesterday, no issues. Today we were gone, alarm was set for “away”. Came into our secondary entry door (garage) and as SOON as we entered, the alarm went off. We have it set for a delay, so NO CLUE why it’s going off immediately upon entry. We also tested it again once we got home. Same thing. Front door works fine with delay. What could be our issue?

You need to make sure it’s set as a ‘Main Door’ and not a ‘Secondary Door’ in the device profile.

'Decondary Door' works just like a 'Window'. it's immediate alarm. see 'Placement' descriptions. I'm kind of curious too as to what the point is to have the two- window and secondary door. I think it's just so people can call a door a door and a window a window, even though they akarm the same. if you want entry delay set as "Main Door, " even if it's a window

Only main doors have a delay. You can set as many doors to main as you want. Just ensure the sensors are set to it.

Go into devices. Security system. Door sensors. Garage door. Click the gear in the upper right. Change to main door.
