I've got a Ring Doorbell 2 and a Ring Chime Pro. I bought the chime to get better signal for the doorbell, however I can't seem to break lower than RSSi 70 on the doorbell while the chime RSSI is 41. The chime is about 17 ft from the doorbell so I moved it to within 3 ft of the doorbell and that didn't help. I have exterior wifi cams 60 ft away and have to transmit thru brick and interior wall that does better than the Ring. Any suggestions? PS. I've tried all the tests 4. 06 up and 5. 31 down using their test, My home is mostly wired for internet and get 90mb down and 11 up. Doorbell records fine. but no live view on Alexa Show.

Did you go through the app and change the Doorbell to the Chime Pro network instead of your wifi? Just asking :)

We went through the same thing. Ended up getting a mesh system and it fixed it. Made for better wifi throughout house too.

Try different outlets. Closest isn’t always the best. Ends up my doorbell is on a huge block slab.
