I have a Chime Pro and Ring doorbell. I've been tidying up the names of all the devices connected to my router. I can see the Chime Pro but not the doorbell. Is it on a different SSID to my main SSID ?

The chime pro is an extender and creating its own WiFi network and SSID which connects your ring doorbell. Therefore your main router doesn’t see the doorbell as all the doorbell requests go through the chime.

My camera device names all begin with "Ring-" then a series of numbers and/or letters.

If you only have one router , both of them should be on the same ssid.

No device with "Ring" in the name. I looked for the MAC address in the DHCP table and it wasn't there either. I think it's on the Chime Pro Network and can't be see by the router.

This is the way WiFi extenders usually work unless they're specifically built to work with your router. They have to be the same brand at minimum.

I have my Ring cameras connected to Alexa and was wondering if there is a way to silence the "Motion detected in your front door camera" on my individual Alexa devices?

I feel like with the most recent updates of the Ring App, my devices have “poor” WiFi and never had issues before.

Folks, so I’m confused. Today I picked up Ring alarm, for everything setup, but no where I see where I can set the settings to enable/disable motion capture for the indoor and stick up cams (which I have) based on the alarm state.
