Did the 4/16 update fix the connectivity issues?

Nope! It takes an act of Congress to get my cameras connected and yesterday it took over two hours for my camera to pick up signals

@methodist crazy. Mine gave been fine for a couple of years. The software updates are killing their products though. Disappointing.

If you are talking about the lights then no.

@debi77 didn't know the lights were having issues too. I was talking about the live feed from the cameras not pulling up in the app.

I was riding my bike yesterday. Someone rand my doorbell. Never did get connected to my camera.

I keep getting "weak signal from phone" sitting 5 feet clear line of sight from a commercial wifi router with full Wifi AC signal on symmetric gigabit fiber optic. The WIFI system reports 99% signal to all of my cameras, but they spin incessantly loading or say weak signal, which is BS.

Just reboot it no problem. Take battery out put back in. I only had problem 1 camera

@leena894 not every device has a battery. Some are hard wired.

If you're hard wired . I have battery. See if it's safe to turn the breaker on and of to reboot
