Question

How come when I’m looking through my video door bell i don’t see an option to record and upload to the neighborhood app anymore? Like if I see someone I want to warn others about etc. Where’d it go? *view actually blocked out bc you can see our neighbours house and I’m sure they don’t wanna be online.

Do you subscribe to the service, if you don’t that could be why.

@sulfate when you first bought it it came with a 30 day free trial of the service (the cloud ☁️) if you’d like to continue the service it’s $3/month or $30/year if you don’t it work just like a regular doorbell plus live view, and notifications (motion, doorbell)
