I found a workaround that admittedly would be an extreme long shot for just about anyone. My Spotlight Cam captured footage of a guy trying to break into my home on Jan. 26. That day, I shared a link via text with a police detective at his request. Well, I foolishly never saved the video even though I looked at it countless times and shared it with many friends and family over the following many weeks. When I realized the footage expired recently, I went back to that text message with the police officer and the link still worked! I emailed myself the link, downloaded the footage and now it is saved forever.
