WWYD?  Single entity company with 2 physical locations.WWYD? Single entity company with 2 physical locations. Completely different marketing strategies for each location. Currently the whole entity shares 1 website, 1 set of social media accounts, 1 Ads account, 1 GMB. The locations are regional and both have half-on half-off seasons. Which is to say one is in a cold region and one is in a warm region, and sales reflect that. Where my issue is, is one of the locations is a complete shit show on GMB. Also the old SEO/PPC strategy from their old vendor is half of what’s screwed up their marketing efforts, because there was no segmentation that made any sense. So the basic question - Should I break it out into 2 websites, and run each location as a completely separate entity? So each gets its own site, own Ads account, own GMB, etc? Thoughts?
