My harmony hub has been super slow at starting activities and turning off. It never used to be like this. I have no delays in place and I have reset everything. I know its not my network. Has anyone experienced this before? Here is a video to explain what im going through.

@prepossession damn. That sucks man. It’s usually a pretty solid device.

@prepossession it got a little crazy too many times so I got rid of it. But I got a few years out of mine too

Make sure your wifi setup is still working ok. Like there's no excessive traffic or interference. Some embedded devices have a very weak networking stack and don't take well to problems that smarter stuff can overcome. I'd start by unplugging it and then power-cycling your wifi and internet router. Let the router restart and then power up the Logitech. If the problem stays the same then it could be the Harmony is on it's way out.

@poulard70 il try it again. I use unifi and frequently monitor the interface around me.

@prepossession and your dashboard isn't squawking errors related to the Harmony or other WiFi issues? I've got unifi stuff too, really great having that dashboard UI for getting a heads up on trouble.

@poulard70 no not at all that's what is so tough

Are the LEDs new? I wonder if you're having IR or RF interference problems? Any chance you can power off anything not critical to just the activities in question? It's been ages since I did any editing of my harmony activities, are there any activities before the amp coming on that might be causing a delay?

Um. I guess somewhat new under the stand but never thought about that. It's an older Yeelight strip.

@prepossession When things start acting wonky I start looking to pare back the layers of anything new. Just because something isn't "supposed to" cause interference, doesn't mean it won't.

Have you tried restarting it?

Of course I did

Okay mate, that actually helped me. I unplugged it for an hour, post that it worked fine, strange but worked well!
