Not really smartthings releated delete if not alloud. We just bought a Samsung smart fridge and it was working great it was connected to smartthings and family hub. Today I noticed I couldn't connect to the fridge via family hub but I could see it in smartthings still. I also can't access the profiles menu on the fridge itself any idea? I've factory reset the fidge twice with no luck.

“Factory reset my fridge” is a funny statement. Also, Samsung fridges are terrible.

Smartthings did a firmware update today that had most/all of us down for a while. If your fridge hasn't come back online, try unplugging your hub amd removing the batteries for a minute to force a network rebuild. ot a zwave repair might do it without the unplugging.
