Need advice.  I have Arlo Pro cameras with the Premier Smart subscription.Need advice. I have Arlo Pro cameras with the Premier Smart subscription. When I set the Mode to Geofencing it never goes into the Away mode. I was told by the help? desk that I need to turn off Wifi on my iPhone each time I want it to work. Is this accurate? Thanks!

You can do a reset by uninstalling/installing the app, changing your address, changing the radius, changing back your address to the current one and see if that helps. They told me to do that when my geofencing wasn’t working and it does now.

Also make sure there are no special characters for your phone's device name.
