Question

I have Arlo Pro and I have 2 cameras that will not stay online. Any suggestions?

I would use the app to check the signal strength to the wifi router. Even thought they use the Arlo base station as a hub, they use your home wifi to pass the signal.

@dazzle471 Only if it is a mesh system - meaning a system where all the routers work together on the same network name. When you set up Arlo, you join a wifi network. That’s the only one it knows about. Regular extenders have their own name so the Arlo won’t recognize them. For example, in my case I have an Orbi. It has 3 nodes that work together but they are all one wifi network. Each camera is not smart enough to join individual ones . Hope that helps.
