I am becoming disappointed in the reliability with my smartthings setup. Hoping some one can shed some light. I constantly have things in the new app that say offline but work just fine in the old app. Automations in the new app seems to not always work. For example: If all conditions of no motion for 10 mins in garage, eaves override virtual switch off and garage door is open, THEN close the garage door. Doesn’t always work. I’m wondering if it’s because some devices are shown as “offline”. How can we fix this issues? I’ve read people having offline issues, but haven’t seen a lot of solutions. I’m confident it’s not signal issue.

Same here. New App is offline until I open the Classic App. Then the new app starts to work again. I’m becoming anxious because of the impending forced transfer.

I’m having similar issues, I will build an entire scene, and when hitting test it seems to work fine. Hit done, and when I run it I get “could not complete, unexpected error“. It’s driving me nuts, and when it comes to hitting one of these errors, it causes everything in the scene to fail. I’m literally forced to go in and edit my scene and hit ‘test’ when I want to actually run it! Happening in multiple instances, and no clear reason why…

I think timed automations in the new app are bugged. I have one where if my partner and I are not present and motion detectors show no motion for 30 minutes then trigger away. The automation triggers instantly when we leave, ignoring the time constraints. If time is 7am and temp sensor is 4°c or below then notify "the car needs defrosting" only once per day. This automation just constantly spams notifications.
