I recently switched from a SmartThings Hub to the SmartThings Mesh WiFi with built in hub.

I recently switched from a SmartThings Hub to the SmartThings Mesh WiFi with built in hub. I can’t get Alexa voice commands to work anymore. I tried removing all devices from SmartThings and Alexa app and started from scratch, but still no luck. Any suggestions?

Go to the Alexa app and add the Smartthings skill. If it is already enabled then disable and re-enable.

Yes I have two mesh WiFi hubs

Call Samsung support, I have found them very helpful
