This is a ST/Harmony topic. I connected my Harmony Hub Elite to ST a couple of years ago. Everything works well. The only issue that bothers me is than in Harmony plugs for lights show up as plugs. Since the plugs show up in the "Plug Group" as opposed to the "LIght Group" in Harmony certain functionality is lost. I checked with Harmony support and they confirmed there is no way to change the categorization of a plug to a light within the Harmony app. Support stated I have to change the device type within ST and then refresh ST in Harmony. How would I go about seeding a DH in ST so Harmony classifies the plug as a light? Is there another approach to do this? Seem odd Harmony lacks this functionality.

I use dimmers. They show up as lights in harmony.
