So ST hub still absent on my app, along with a few switches and all my routines.

So ST hub still absent on my app, along with a few switches and all my routines. However all my routines and devices work with voice control via alexa. The app tells me there is no hub present and my welcome code is invalid. Support has no idea and said factory reset but I don't want to risk losing everything. Any ideas?

Log in at graph. api. smartthings. com and check locations. Are there more than 1 listed? If so, removed the extra one.

Tried that. Just one.  
The SmartThings Group is where you can always find questions, answers, advice, reviews & recommendations from other community members about home automation with the Samsung SmartThings hub.
