I have reached the end of a very successful weight loss week and now I’m craving something sweet like cheesecake or a mille feuille. And I don’t even have a sweet tooth! What should I do to quash the cravings?

I loved the nonfat Greek yogurt mixed with sugar free cheesecake pudding mix and sugar free cherry pie filling. Tastes just like cheesecake and is super low in pts! I also like the sugar free fudgsicles for a chocolate craving. Only 3 pts for 2!

@olds289 exactly what I was going to suggest. isn’t there an actual cheesecake made with Greek yogurt? I can’t find the recipe

If there is, I MUST find it! Cheesecake is one of my faves!  lol

I like to make a good fruit dip out of nonfat plain regulsr (not greek) yogurt, th cheesecake pudding mix and a spoonful of ff cool whip. YUM

@olds289 there is a 0 point “cheesecake” that disappoints if you’re expecting cheesecake in my opinion. I love doing what you suggested, and I crush up a graham cracker on top to get that crust crunch! So yummy!

@diminish Oooooo! Crumbled graham cracker would make it even better!

@olds289 it’s by far one of my favorite sweet snacks. I love a good cheesecake and this is definitely a decent alternative.

Have what you want (maybe a smaller portion than normal? ) And move on. if you dont have what your craving. you wont satisfy your wants and end up having more. You have to enjoy it, you said yourself it's been successful. celebrate and treat your self a little. it will keep you focused as you can move on x

Mix these three ingredients. 3 points on the purple plan for 1/8 of the entire recipe. It’s fabulous. One large can of crushed pineapple packed in juice, 8 oz Neufchâtel cream cheese, and one small package of vanilla fat free, sugar free pudding (dry mix only, don’t add milk). You will have to hide this from your skinny friends.

@commutator it’s thick enough to eat right away but the flavors meld if you let it sit a bit.

Have you tried mixing yogurt with sf jello? Boil a cup of water as recommended, add jello powder and stir to melt. Then TWO cups of either Greek or ordinary fat free yogurt. It's my favourite dessert now.
by (150 points)
Oh, and it's zero points.
by (3.3k points)
Great idea! I'm going to try that!

Non fat plain Greek yogurt, monk fruit sweetener, unsweetened cocoa powder and either diced banana or strawberry, put in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes and it’s almost like soft serve ice cream

And it’s zero points in blue
