Starting tomorrow and got categorized as purple. I did the program about 5 years ago but all these new color choices have me confused. Any tips as I get started?

Purple is sort of like the older Simple Filling program, the Blue is like Freestyle and the Green is like Smart Points if that helps you make a reference.

Remember 0 foods have calories so still need to be eaten in moderation
