As far as I’m concerned a loss no matter how slow or small is progress. I think it’s normal to fluctuate. Losing 15lbs in one month is not average, it’s well above average. Just stay the course and continue doing what you’re doing.

You lost over 15 lbs in your first month? Wow! It's only natural that will slow down. Any loss on a weekly basis after the first month is a positive thing. :)

That’s weight loss, always really fast the first week or two. Just remember the scale is going down, regardless of the amount. That’s over 15 lbs! I’d be proud!

Totally normal. I lost 25 pounds over my first 3 months and it took me another 6 months to lose the next 25. I struggled with the last 5 weeks gaining and losing the same 4 pounds. It’s frustrating but totally normal. Just don’t give up.

Your going to see a decrease in loss the first few weeks is predominantly water and now your body is adjusting to its new normal. Stuck with it and you will see variations every week

You always lose a lot at first. You are eating so much better food and less junk. Soon, you will have another 2 or more pound loss. I averaged 3 lbs a week for 5 months. But some weeks were just a half pound. Keep at it, it works

In a typically Month I would have a good loss one week then a lesser the next week and smaller amounts or maintained the next week. That was my pattern.

You should be decreasing your loss. You should only lose an average of 2 pounds per week. It takes time to put on weight; it also takes time to take it off.
