Mix it up, eat more points one day and less another. The same with exercise, do more cardio one day or strength or just change the type of exercise. Our bodies adjust to our reglar schedule and stop reacting the way theu did at the start. If I walk three miles a day in an hour after a month or two my body will come to expect that! Same with eating, live on daily points for six days and use some weeklies on day 7 and your body will respond.
